Being a youth pastor is an honorable, yet a thankless job. It's both heart-wrenching, and also one of the most rewarding jobs in life. Many enter this marathon, but few finish it. Being a youth pastor is not easy, but it doesn't have to be unbearable. This workshop will give some practical tips to navigate life as a youth pastor and create space for discussions and sharing insightful stories.
